Bitcoin Cash, Monero, and Zano
Bitcoin Cash is Bitcoin.
Bitcoin Cash has low fees and CashScript. And Memo protocol, and Member client/server tech.

Can Zano already do this or is Zano still in development in many ways?

Monero is king perhaps, for privacy. Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin, and Bitcoin Cash is perhaps another king until Monero (or something like it, perhaps Zano) can have the same smart contract and permanent data storage capabilities.
Mind you, using Member protocol – data can potentially be encrypted, converted to base64 and then uploaded to Arweave or Bitcoin Cash (via Member client server tech and BCH memo protocol).
Monero is also perhaps the real Bitcoin, more than Bitcoin Core.
